Pickleball players
Calf strains, Achilles issues, shoulder pain, and the falls that come with quick lateral movement. Keep playing five days a week.
The most common injuries
Calf and Achilles strains from sudden starts, shoulder pain from overheads and dinks, low back from reaching, and wrist fractures from falls backward. Most of them come from asking a body that hasn’t sprinted in years to sprint.
What we do
Restore calf and Achilles capacity with progressive loading, build the lateral and backpedal strength that prevents falls, and clean up the shoulder. A ten-minute pre-game routine you’ll actually do.
Come in before it’s a problem
If you just picked up the game or you’re playing more than you used to, an injury-prevention assessment finds the weak link first.
