Who I help

Built for people with a goal, not a diagnosis

Why "No Limits"

No insurance limits. No clock. No ceiling on what you want back.

I left clinic work because I was dividing my attention between two or three patients an hour while an insurance company decided what was "necessary." Here it's one patient, one therapist, one hour. If the goal is throwing with your son, playing 18, getting back on the team, or walking without pain, that's the plan. Nobody else gets a vote.

How it works

Three steps from booking to feeling like yourself

  1. 01

    Book online

Pick a time that works. Intake and consent forms arrive by email so the first visit is spent on you, not a clipboard.

  2. 02

    Full evaluation

A whole hour to understand your history, your goal, and what is actually driving the problem. You leave with a plan and the first things to do.

  3. 03

    Get to work

Hands-on treatment, dry needling when it fits, and training that looks like the thing you want back. Adjusted every visit.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you take insurance?

No, and that's the reason every visit here is a full hour with me. You pay with cash, card, or an HSA/FSA card. If your plan has out-of-network physical therapy benefits, I'll give you a superbill at the end of your plan of care that you can submit to your insurer yourself for reimbursement.

Does dry needling hurt?

You'll feel a quick twitch or a deep ache for a few seconds, then it eases. Most people say it's far less than they expected. Soreness the next day, like after a hard workout, is normal and fades within a day or two.

Is dry needling the same as acupuncture?

No. They use a similar needle and nothing else in common. Acupuncture works from traditional Chinese medicine meridians. Dry needling targets specific trigger points and taut bands in muscle based on anatomy and your exam, and it's done by a physical therapist as part of a full treatment plan.

What is a superbill and how do I use it?

It's an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and treatment codes your insurance company needs. I provide one at the end of your plan of care. You upload it to your insurer's portal or app, and they reimburse you according to your out-of-network benefits. Submitting it and any follow-up with the insurance company is on your end; I don't deal with insurers directly, which is what keeps my time yours.

How much does it cost?

An initial evaluation is $175 and follow-up visits are $150, each a full hour one-on-one. Dry needling is a $25 add-on, in-home visits are $200 to $250 depending on distance, and virtual visits are $125. Packages of 5 ($675) and 10 ($1,200) bring the per-visit cost down. Full details are on the pricing page.

Who should not get dry needling?

People with a needle phobia, a bleeding disorder or on blood thinners, an active infection at the site, or in the first trimester of pregnancy should talk with me first. There is always another option, and dry needling is never required to get better here.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes. Physical therapy is a qualified medical expense, so HSA and FSA cards work like any other card.

Can I talk to you before booking?

Yes. Leave your number on the book page or text me, and I'll call you back for a free discovery call. We'll talk about what's going on and whether I'm the right person to help. No commitment.

How many dry needling sessions will I need?

Most people notice a change after the first session. Two to four sessions, spaced a week apart and combined with the right exercise, is typical for a stubborn problem. It's a tool inside your plan, not the plan itself.

Do I need a referral or prescription?

No. New Jersey allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book an evaluation today without seeing a doctor first. If something comes up that needs a physician, I'll tell you and help you get there.

Where do visits happen?

At CrossFit Medford on Route 70, in your home across Medford, Mount Laurel, Marlton, Moorestown, Tabernacle, Shamong, Southampton, and Lumberton, or online. Pick whichever fits your week; the care is the same.

What should I bring or wear?

Clothes you can move in and that let me see the area we're working on. Shorts for knees and hips, a tank or loose t-shirt for shoulders and neck. Bring any imaging reports or surgical notes if you have them, but don't delay booking to track them down.

What happens after I book?

You'll get a confirmation with your intake and consent forms to complete online before we meet, so the first visit is spent on you, not paperwork. You'll also get a reminder the day before.

What's the best way to reach you?

Text. I'm usually with a patient, so a text lets me reply between sessions and call you back when I can give you my full attention. Email works too. Both are on the book page.

The first visit is a full hour. Just you and your therapist.

No referral needed. Serving Medford, Mount Laurel, Marlton, Moorestown and nearby, in the gym, at home, or online.
