Staying active after 60
Keeping up with kids and grandkids, the golf course, the garden, and the hikes. Aging well is a training problem, and you can train.

The goal is the goal
Nobody wants to “improve hip flexion.” People want to get on the floor with a grandkid and get back up, carry groceries in one trip, and walk the course. Every plan here starts with that.
What we do
Strength, because it’s the thing that declines fastest and matters most. Mobility where it’s actually limiting you. Balance and power so you can react. Pain management for the arthritic joints that are going to be arthritic no matter what, so they don’t stop you.
In the gym or at home
CrossFit Medford is a welcoming place for this, and I’ll be next to you the whole hour. If the gym isn’t your thing, I’ll come to you.
