Fall prevention & balance
For adults who want to stay upright, confident, and independent. Balance is trainable at any age, and the best place to train it is your own home.

Balance is strength you can’t see
Most falls aren’t bad luck. They’re a slow loss of leg strength, reaction speed, and confidence, until a curb or a wet floor is enough. Every one of those is trainable.
What we do
Test balance and strength properly, then train it: sit-to-stands, step-ups, tandem walking, reaching, turning, recovering from a stumble. In your home, on your stairs, in your bathroom, where it counts. I’ll also look at the house for the things that trip people.
Who this is for
Anyone over 60 who has had a fall or a near-miss, anyone whose family is starting to worry, and anyone who has quietly stopped doing things because of the fear.
